My texts explore a broad range of themes and genres from chronic pain to human/nature relationships, from flash fiction to memoir, from speculative fiction to academic essays.

In my work as a teacher and editor I am especially passionate about trans* literature and empowering others to tell their stories. In 2019 I wrote my masters thesis in Gender Studies at The Humboldt Universität on the topic of trans* autobiography and kinship.

Recently my text 'Undiagnosed' was selected as a runner up for the Berlin Writing Prize 2022, and in 2023 a similarly titled project was funded through the 'Arbeitsstipendien für nicht-deutschsprachige Literatur' from the Berlin senate.

Besides this I love reading cosy fantasy, community-oriented science fiction and queer romance.

I am based in Berlin and write in English and Danish.
